I'm currently involved in training 25 new MHFA instructors in Exeter and in Newcastle. The logistics have proven difficult zipping between the two and it's involved a good deal of flying, in what's best described as an updated Wellington bomber. I'm not so lucky next week as there is no flight out of Exeter on the Tuesday evening and I will have to spend 7 hours on a train, before working in Newcastle on the following morning. Cest la vie.

Tomorrow I'm off to Birmingham for a couple of days away with the MHFA England National Training Team. We are working on some new training materials and on the way in which MHFA will be steered in England over the next few years. We'll also be being filmed for the new national website. Hmmmm....

On December 8 I'll be in York to present the new materials to northern instructors at a Network and Development Day and I'll be presenting a course in Rotherham on the 10th &11th. A proposed instructor course in Redcar has had to be postponed to the New Year so that will be me finished for Xmas, before loads more that I'll update here, starting in early January.
