Bill Cunningham took MHFA Scotland training in 2006, and became one of the first people accredited as a trainer by CSIP when the MHFA England initiative was launched in 2007. He is based in offices in central Darlington in North-East England, and will deliver MHFA courses throughout the region for up to 15 participants either in-house, or at a suitable external venue. Courses can be delivered anywhere in England by arrangement. Open courses are also run for individuals and delegates from smaller organisations: email for details. Examples of previous client organisations include the Salvation Army and the Citizens' Advice Bureau.

Bill is a practising clinical hypnotherapist and a full member of the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy and is currently the Chair of Darlington & District Business Club and a Director of Business Clubs North East (BCNE) an umbrella organisation of business networks representing over 800 businesses in the North East of England.
